Fenikss cashier and withdrawals: what to know before you deposit
How a bank-link deposit works, why your first withdrawal triggers an ID check, what a status like “Processing” actually means and where to look when money is late. No sales pitch — just the mechanics, so you can check things yourself.

casinofenikss.net is an independent information project. We are not Fenikss, we do not speak for it, and we take no bets. The English version is written for anyone who reads in English — an expat or visitor in Latvia, or simply someone comparing how casino cashiers work. It answers one question that advertising rarely does: how money gets into a casino account and how it gets back out to your bank.
Fenikss is the topic here, not a partner. We explain what happens in a cashier; the actual rules, limits and timings are always set by the operator and are visible only in its cashier and terms. The guides are written by our editor, Marika Grīnberga, who spent years answering customer questions about online payments.
Games we cover
Each of these eight games has its own guide: what kind of game it is, how a round plays out and when a win turns into money you can withdraw. Whether a game is in a particular casino’s lobby is something to check in that lobby.

How money goes in — and how it comes back
Most cashiers offer some mix of cards, pay-by-bank, bank transfer, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers and crypto. None of these is a promise from Fenikss or any other operator; it is a list of what to look for. The more important question is how a withdrawal will travel, because many cashiers send money back the same way it came in.
| Method | How a deposit is confirmed | How a withdrawal arrives | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay by bank | In your internet bank or bank app | To your bank account (IBAN) | Whether your bank is listed |
| Visa / Mastercard | 3-D Secure approval | To the card or an account | Whether card payouts exist |
| Skrill | Log in to the wallet | Back to the same wallet | Wallet verification and fees |
| paysafecard | Voucher PIN | Usually a different method | Your withdrawal route |
The set of methods and the limits depend on the operator and the account — check the cashier.
Step-by-step deposits are on How to deposit; every method is in Payments.
Identity checks
Your first withdrawal is almost always the first time a casino asks you to prove who you are. The operator needs to confirm that the account holder, the document holder and the bank-account holder are the same person. If you play from Latvia, the document is a Latvian ID card (eID) or a passport. If the name on your account is spelled differently from your bank — missing accents, a different transliteration — this is where the first snag appears. Details on Registration and ID checks.
Withdrawal statuses in plain English
- Pending — the request is filed but nobody has looked at it yet. Many cashiers let you cancel at this stage.
- Processing — the operator is checking your account, documents and any active bonus.
- Approved / Sent — the money has been handed to the payment route; from here the bank sets the pace.
- Rejected / Cancelled — the amount goes back to your playing balance; the reason should be in the notice.
Names vary by operator; the logic does not. More on Withdrawals.
Why withdrawals get delayed
Most delays are mundane: verification not finished; a name or IBAN mismatch; a payout requested to a different method than the deposit; an active bonus with unmet wagering; a request filed on a Friday evening; an extra source-of-funds check on a larger amount. Each has its own fix, and none is fixed faster by cancelling and resubmitting.
Bonuses and withdrawals
A bonus is not free money you can take straight out. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds — and often the winnings from them — stay locked, and a withdrawal request can void the bonus. If you want a fast, predictable payout, declining the bonus at deposit is sometimes the smarter move. See Bonuses.
Pros and cons of the payment routes
What works in your favour
- Pay-by-bank is approved inside your own bank — the casino never sees card details.
- A payout to an account in your name is easy to trace on your statement.
- Cards with 3-D Secure show every payment in your bank app.
- Paying in your account currency avoids conversion losses.
What to watch
- Card payouts are not always possible — then money comes by transfer.
- Vouchers usually cannot receive withdrawals.
- Crypto transfers are irreversible and prices move.
- A first withdrawal without completed verification will almost certainly wait.
Checking an operator if you play from Latvia
Since 1 April 2026, gambling and lotteries in Latvia are supervised by VID, the State Revenue Service, which took over from the former IAUI inspectorate. Licensing, supervision and the self-exclusion register continue. Find the list of licensed gambling organisers on vid.gov.lv (the former IAUI section), look up the company named in the casino’s terms, and compare. We suggest this for every operator — Fenikss and the partner casino our buttons lead to alike. Outside Latvia, use your own country’s regulator.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should stay entertainment you can afford to lose. In Latvia, the specialised help line for gamblers and their families is +371 293 232 02 — check azartaatkariba.lv for current hours; we cannot promise that consultations are available in English. Latvian residents can also join VID’s self-exclusion register for at least 12 months. More on Responsible gambling and Self-exclusion.
