paysafecard: easy in, plan the way out
paysafecard is a prepaid voucher: you buy a code for a fixed value and pay with its 16-digit PIN, without sharing bank or card details. For deposits that is simple and private. The catch is the other direction: in most cashiers a voucher cannot receive money, so you will need a different route for withdrawals. Whether paysafecard is offered at Fenikss or elsewhere, check the cashier.
The set of methods and the limits depend on the operator and the account — check the cashier.
How a deposit works
- Choose paysafecard in the cashier and enter the amount.
- Enter the PIN from your voucher (or log in to a paysafecard account if you use one).
- The amount is deducted from the voucher value and credited to your balance.
If the voucher holds less than you entered, you may be able to combine several PINs — or the payment simply fails. Treat a PIN like cash: anyone who sees it can spend it.
The withdrawal question
Because vouchers usually cannot be paid into, operators normally send payouts to another method — most often a bank transfer to an account in your name. That means verification will include proof of that bank account, and the “same route” rule does not apply in its usual form. Decide before your first deposit where your payout should go and make sure that account is in your name. Details on Withdrawals and Bank transfer.
Scams around vouchers
Voucher PINs are a favourite target for fraud: “pay the fee with a paysafecard to release your winnings”, “send a PIN to verify your account”. No legitimate operator asks you to send voucher PINs by chat, email or phone. Use the PIN only inside the cashier. More on fake sites in Mirror links.
Budgeting with vouchers
A prepaid voucher has one useful side effect: you cannot spend more than you loaded. Some players use vouchers as a deliberate cap on a session. If that is your aim, avoid storing cards in the casino account as a back-up, or the cap disappears. Tools: Responsible gambling.
