Complaints and disputes: the route when a payout never arrives
Most cashier problems are solved by one precise message to support. When they are not, act in order and with evidence. This route works for Fenikss and any other operator; we do not give legal advice, but we help you organise the facts.
Step 1: gather evidence
- Request ID, date, time, amount and method.
- Screenshots of the status at different moments.
- The full exchange with support — emails and chat transcripts.
- Bank statement excerpts if the issue is about money arriving.
- The clause of the terms the operator relies on, with its date.
Step 2: a written request to the operator
If chat replies are vague, send an email with all the facts and ask for a written answer stating the specific reason and the clause of the terms. Ask directly: “Which document or action is needed to approve this withdrawal?” If the operator points to bonus terms, read them — see Bonus terms.
Step 3: check your own side
Before escalating, make sure the problem is not on your side: verification complete, the name on your account matching your document and bank account, the payout requested to the same method, no active bonus. Typical causes are on Withdrawals.
Step 4: a one-page timeline
A regulator or the operator’s management will understand a case fastest if it is short: date — event — evidence. For example: “3 May: withdrawal requested, status Pending (screenshot 1); 4 May: ID card uploaded (email 2); 8 May: status unchanged, support replies generically (thread 3).” It takes ten minutes and can save weeks.
Step 5: the regulator
If the operator is licensed in Latvia and the dispute is unresolved, supervision since 1 April 2026 lies with VID, the State Revenue Service, which took over the former IAUI’s functions; see vid.gov.lv for how to submit information. Elsewhere, contact the regulator that licensed the operator. Attach all evidence and your timeline. If the operator holds no licence where you live, the regulator’s options may be limited — which is why it pays to check before depositing.
What not to do
- Do not cancel and resubmit the withdrawal — it does not speed things up and muddles the history.
- Do not dispute card payments as “unauthorised” if they were not.
- Do not open a second account — that almost always breaks the rules.
- Do not send documents to addresses that are not the operator’s official ones; on fake sites see Mirror sites.
