How to deposit: from log-in to confirmation
Depositing looks simple, yet it is where two decisions are made that later shape your withdrawal: which route the money takes in, and whether you accept a bonus. This walk-through applies to Fenikss and other casinos alike; only button names and the method list differ.
The set of methods and the limits depend on the operator and the account — check the cashier.
Before your first deposit
- Check the operator against its regulator’s licence list. If you play from Latvia, that is the list of licensed gambling organisers on the VID website — compare the company name with the one in the casino’s terms.
- Set a deposit limit if the cashier offers one. It is easier to do before you play than during.
- Decide whether you want a bonus at all. If your aim is a quick withdrawal, a bonus can slow it down.
Steps
Open the cashier
After logging in, find “Cashier” or “Deposit”. Make sure the address bar shows the operator’s domain that you typed or bookmarked yourself — not one from a message link.
Choose a method
Pay by bank, card, bank transfer, e-wallet, voucher or crypto. Think about the way back: many cashiers return money along the same route.
Enter the amount
The cashier shows the minimum and maximum for your account. Check the currency and whether any fee is shown.
Bonus: yes or no
If there is a bonus tick-box or code field, decide deliberately. Opting out after the deposit can be harder.
Approve with your bank
Pay-by-bank sends you to your internet bank; a card triggers a 3-D Secure window or an app prompt. Approve only if the amount and payee match.
Check your balance
Back in the cashier, the amount should appear. If it does not, do not pay again — read the next section.
Why deposits fail
- Your bank declined it. A card may block online payments or certain merchant categories; that is resolved with the bank, not the casino.
- 3-D Secure timed out. The window closed and the payment was cancelled. Try again with your bank app at hand.
- Money left your account but is not on the balance. Usually a reservation that either completes late or is released. Note the time and amount and contact support.
- A transfer without the right reference. Without the exact reference the operator cannot match the payment to your account.
- Voucher or wallet limits. A voucher may hold less than the amount entered, or the wallet itself may need verifying first.
Your deposit decides your withdrawal
The choice you make now determines how simple the payout will be. Deposit by bank link and the payout will most likely go to a bank account in your name. Deposit by card and check whether card payouts exist or a transfer will be needed. Deposit by voucher and you will almost certainly need another route out. The whole route is on Withdrawals; methods on pay by bank, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.
