About casinofenikss.net
casinofenikss.net is an independent information project in Latvian, Russian and English. We write about one thing — the casino cashier: how money reaches a playing account, how to get it out, why a first withdrawal needs an ID check and why payouts are sometimes delayed. The name contains “Fenikss” because that is the brand readers in Latvia search for most, but we are not Fenikss, we are not affiliated with it and we do not speak for it.
What we do and what we don’t
We do
- Explain deposit and withdrawal mechanics and statuses.
- Show how to check an operator against its regulator’s licence list.
- Point to help lines and self-exclusion registers.
- Update pages when rules or facts change.
We don’t
- Take bets or process payments.
- Present operators’ limits, timings or bonuses as facts.
- Publish signed reviews or star ratings.
- Claim that any operator is licensed — you check that yourself.
Who the English version is for
The English pages are generic: they explain cashier mechanics in terms that apply widely, for an expat or visitor in Latvia or anyone comparing how casinos handle money. Where a fact is specific to Latvia — the supervisor, the self-exclusion register, the help line — we say so explicitly.
How pages are produced
Pages are written by our editor, Marika Grīnberga. She reads operators’ public terms and cashier descriptions, compares them with official facts about supervision and records what a typical journey from sign-up to payout looks like. Facts are checked against official sources; anything we could not confirm is either caveated or left out. For example, we do not promise help-line hours or languages, because we could not confirm them.
How we make money
Buttons on this site lead to a partner casino, which is a different operator — not Fenikss. If a reader registers there, we may earn a commission. That does not decide what we write: there are no ratings to buy, and our advice — check the operator’s licence, finish verification, read the bonus terms — applies to the partner too. We do not know or vouch for the partner’s licensing in Latvia; please check it yourself. Details in our affiliate disclosure.
Supervision in Latvia, briefly
Since 1 April 2026 gambling and lotteries in Latvia are supervised by VID, the State Revenue Service, which took over the functions of the former IAUI inspectorate. Licensing, supervision and the self-exclusion register continue. We do not give legal advice; this is orientation, not a substitute for official sources.
Corrections and contact
If you spot outdated or wrong information, email info@casinofenikss.net with the page address and what needs fixing. We check every report and correct the page when it is confirmed. We cannot answer questions about specific gaming accounts — the operator’s support handles those; how to do that effectively is on Support. This site is for readers aged 18+; if gambling causes problems, see Responsible gambling.
