Pay by bank: deposits through your own internet bank
Pay by bank — called a bank link in the Baltics — lets you pay without typing card details into a casino page. You pick your bank in the cashier, get redirected to its internet bank or app, approve the payment and come back to the cashier. If you play from Latvia, the bank names to look for in such a list are Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor. Whether a given cashier — Fenikss or any other — offers this route is visible only in the cashier itself.
The set of methods and the limits depend on the operator and the account — check the cashier.
How a deposit goes
- In the cashier you choose pay by bank (or your bank’s logo) and enter the amount.
- You are redirected to your bank’s log-in page. Check the address: it must be your bank’s domain.
- You sign in with your usual bank credentials and see a prepared payment with payee and amount.
- You approve it and are sent back to the cashier, where the amount appears on your balance.
If anything does not match — payee, amount or currency — do not approve. Cancelling and starting again beats hunting for money later.
Why people choose it
- Card details stay with your bank; the casino never sees them.
- The payment shows on your statement with a recognisable payee.
- The way back is logical: the payout returns to the same bank account.
A note on interface language
If your Latvian internet bank is set to Latvian, the approval screen may say „Maksājuma apstiprināšana“ (payment approval), „Saņēmējs“ (payee) and „Apstiprināt“ (approve). We do not know which languages a particular bank supports — that is in its own settings. What matters is checking the payee and the amount before you tap.
Withdrawals after a pay-by-bank deposit
Pay by bank is a deposit tool; the payout arrives as an ordinary bank transfer to your account. The cashier or your profile may therefore ask for your IBAN — a Latvian one starts with “LV”. The operator compares the account holder’s name with your casino account and document, so the name must match everywhere. After approval, timing depends on the banks; a request sent at the weekend may arrive on the next working day. The full route is on Withdrawals.
Common problems
- Session expired. Approval in the bank took too long and the payment was cancelled. Start again.
- Money gone, balance unchanged. The redirect back may fail if you closed the window. Keep the bank confirmation and contact support.
- Your bank is not listed. Use Visa, Mastercard or a bank transfer.
- Phishing. Never enter bank credentials on a page you reached from a message link. More on fake “mirrors” in Mirror links.
