Live casino: the stream, the table and your balance

Live casino games are run by a dealer streaming from a studio: roulette, blackjack, baccarat, card and dice games, game-show formats. You place bets on screen, and the outcome is decided by a real card, ball or wheel. Which tables exist in the Fenikss lobby or another casino’s is visible only there; this page explains how live games affect your cashier.

How a round runs

Betting window

You open a table and see a timer — the window in which bets are accepted.

Bet

You place your bet while the timer runs; the amount leaves your balance.

Play

The dealer deals the cards, spins the wheel or rolls the dice.

Settlement

The result is fixed and wins are credited at the end of the round.

Table limits and your balance

Every table has a minimum and maximum bet, and they vary a lot. If a table’s minimum is large relative to your balance, a few lost hands can use up your whole session budget. Choose tables where the minimum is a small fraction of your budget. In blackjack and baccarat, doubling and side bets push the amount in a single round higher still.

Connection drops

If your connection drops mid-round, the round in the studio carries on. How your bets are handled — a standard decision or a refund — is set out in the table rules. On a phone, use a stable connection and read that part of the rules before larger bets. The game history always shows how a round ended.

Live games and bonuses

Live games often count only partly towards wagering, or not at all. Playing live with an active bonus may barely move your wagering while the bet limits still apply. If you mostly play live, a bonus may hinder more than help. Check the terms — Bonus terms.

Wins and withdrawals

At live tables, wins are credited in real money when you play without a bonus. A large win may trigger an extra check before payout — that is normal. Finish verification early (Registration and ID checks) and follow the statuses (Withdrawals).

Live play and your sense of time

The stream recreates a casino atmosphere, rounds roll on, and it is easy to lose track of time. Turn on a session reminder and stick to your budget — tools on Responsible gambling. Other genres: table games and slots.
