Bank transfer: slower, but transparent
A bank transfer is the oldest and simplest method. It is not as quick as pay by bank or a card, yet withdrawals are very often paid by transfer — even if you deposited some other way. So it is worth understanding even if you never use it to deposit.
The set of methods and the limits depend on the operator and the account — check the cashier.
Depositing by transfer
If the cashier offers it, it shows the operator’s bank details and a unique reference. That reference is the only way the operator can tell that these particular euros belong to your account. Copy it exactly, without extra spaces or words. A transfer from someone else’s account — even a relative’s — is usually not credited and is sent back.
Withdrawing by transfer
- Enter your IBAN in your profile or the cashier; Latvian IBANs start with “LV”.
- Make sure the account holder is you and the name matches your casino account and document.
- Request the payout and follow the status from Pending to Sent.
- Once sent, the banks set the arrival time; weekends stretch it.
Why transfers are slower
A transfer passes through banks, each with its own processing schedule. Within one bank it may be quick; between banks and outside working hours it takes longer. The casino adds its own time: verification and a bonus check. If you value predictability, a transfer is a good route — just not the fastest.
When a transfer is the best choice
It makes sense if your bank is not on the pay-by-bank list, if your card has restrictions, or if you simply want every euro to appear on your statement with a clear payee and reference. It also suits larger payouts: operators often choose transfers for them, and the bank statement is good evidence if questions arise later.
Common mistakes
- A missing or wrong reference on a deposit.
- A typo in the IBAN — the money returns, but time is lost.
- An account in another name, such as a joint or business account.
- A name without accents in the casino account but with them at the bank.
The whole withdrawal process with statuses and delay reasons is on Withdrawals; all methods are in Payments.
