Affiliate disclosure
This page answers a question worth asking of any casino website: how does it make money, and how does that affect what it says? In short, we earn from affiliate links, and we say so plainly so you can bear it in mind when reading any of our pages.
Where the buttons lead
Buttons such as “See the partner offer”, “Go to the partner casino” and “Go to the offer” lead to a partner casino. That is a different operator — not Fenikss. We say this directly because the site’s name contains “Fenikss”, and a reader might expect the button to go there. It does not. Fenikss is the subject of our pages, not a partner, and we are not affiliated with it.
How we get paid
If a reader registers with the partner after clicking a button, we may receive a commission under the affiliate programme’s terms. It costs you nothing extra. The links carry attributes telling search engines they are sponsored.
What does not follow from that
- Commission does not buy ratings — we have none.
- Commission does not change our advice: check the operator’s licence, verify before withdrawing, read the bonus terms and set limits.
- We do not claim the partner is licensed in Latvia or elsewhere, safe or quick to pay. We do not know enough to say so, which is why we ask you to check.
How to check the partner before depositing
- Find the terms on the partner’s site and the company named in them.
- Check that company against the licence list of the regulator where you live. If you play from Latvia, use the list of licensed gambling organisers on vid.gov.lv (the former IAUI section).
- Read the cashier and withdrawal rules — especially on verification and bonuses.
- If the company is not on the list, decide knowing that fact.
Why we are this blunt
Casino sites often do not mention that a button bearing a brand name leads to a different operator. Readers find out only when they see another logo on the sign-up page, and rightly feel misled. We do the opposite: neutral buttons without the Fenikss name, and this page explaining why. If you are looking for Fenikss specifically, type the operator’s address yourself and check it on the regulator’s list — our buttons will not take you there.
How payouts work at any casino: Withdrawals; on bonuses: Bonuses; about us: About. If a page reads like advertising rather than information, email info@casinofenikss.net and we will review the wording.
