Promo codes: short text, long conditions
A promo code is a word or string of letters and numbers that unlocks a particular offer: a deposit bonus, spins or cashback. There are no codes on this page — not for Fenikss and not for anyone else. We explain where codes go, why they fail and how they affect your payout.
Where codes are entered
- On the sign-up form — for welcome offers.
- In the cashier at deposit — for deposit bonuses; enter it before you confirm the payment.
- In the bonus section of your profile — for no-deposit offers.
Enter a code after depositing and the bonus is usually not applied retroactively.
Why a code does not work
- It has expired.
- It is meant for another country or account type.
- Another bonus is already active.
- The deposit is below the offer’s minimum.
- Your payment method is excluded from the offer.
- It has already been used — one per person.
- A typo: upper and lower case, stray spaces.
Codes and your withdrawal
An activated code is the same bonus with the same conditions: wagering, expiry, maximum bet and perhaps a cash-out cap. Request a payout before wagering is done and the bonus may be voided. Read the bonus terms before entering a code, not just the headline.
Code sellers and fake pages
Some sites “sell” exclusive codes or ask you to register through their link to get one. A genuine code works in the operator’s cashier without middlemen. Never enter bank details on pages that promise a code, and never pay for codes. A code arriving in a message with a link to a “mirror” is classic phishing — see Mirror sites.
If the code failed but you already deposited
Contact support with the deposit time, amount and code. Some operators may add the bonus manually, but it is goodwill, not an entitlement. The upside: your deposit is not tied to wagering and can be withdrawn under the normal rules — see Withdrawals.
