Reload bonus: a bonus on your next deposit
A reload bonus is an offer to existing players on later deposits — on a set weekday, say, or after a break. Mechanically it resembles a welcome bonus, with one difference that matters for payouts: your account may already hold a balance, and the new bonus can tangle it in its conditions.
How a reload interacts with your balance
If you hold real money and deposit with a reload bonus, the terms may say wagering covers only the bonus and the new deposit — or that the whole balance is treated as one. In the second case even earlier winnings can become non-withdrawable until wagering is done. Practical tip: if there is a sum you want out, request the withdrawal before depositing with a bonus.
Typical conditions
- A minimum deposit to trigger the bonus.
- The match percentage and maximum amount.
- Wagering, expiry and maximum bet.
- A specific day or time window.
- Sometimes a code entered in the cashier — see Promo codes.
The actual figures — at Fenikss or elsewhere — are set by the offer; we do not quote them.
When a reload makes sense — and when it does not
Can make sense
- You were going to deposit anyway.
- You play long sessions and do not need a payout soon.
- Your games count fully towards wagering.
Better to skip
- You hold winnings you want to withdraw.
- You mainly play table or live games that barely count.
- The deadline is short relative to the wagering.
- You notice you are depositing because of the bonus.
Checklist before depositing
- Is another bonus already active? Two at once are usually not allowed or cause confusion.
- How does wagering treat your existing balance?
- Is your chosen payment method excluded from the bonus?
- Is your verification complete?
